I love how John easily lays out the concepts and provides simple-to-implement steps. As we grow our businesses, we can get so caught up in so many to-do's that we end up feeling overwhelmed and get stuck. John does an excellent job of laying out the steps to follow in a clear and practical manner. The other approach that is common in the business world is to always be selling and that can be so off-putting. No one wants to be sold to all the time. A mindset of serving and teaching frees us up to share and John does a great job teaching this concept as well. This is powerful content! I would highly recommend this book.
